Lifestyle – Kilimanjaro Guide

As a Master of Science in Geology I have always been interested in nature and especially in mountains and volcanoes. Kilimanjaro is an old volcano, that still has molten rock inside, how fascinating is that.

When I in 1977 at a young age became a mountaineer it was not only to satisfy my interest in geology but also to give myself personal challenges. I had been a sportsman for most of my young life, and the extra challenge of the mountains was thrilling to me.

I haven’t stopped climbing and mountaineering since. Today I live as a mountain guide, nature photographer, author, and lecture holder.
